Framtidens arbeidsplass: En dialog mellom generasjoner
På mange samfunnsområder er gap mellom generasjoner en utfordring som kan hindre konstruktiv fremgang. Ett av disse områdene er energi. Klimautfordringene engasjerer med rette og hvordan man balanserer energisikkerhet og denne krisen er et av de viktigste spørsmålene for menneskeheten framover.

Jan Narvestad
Jan Narvestad is the Managing Director at Rosenberg Worley, one of Stavanger’s corner stone businesses. He has a history in the oil and gas industry and represent the energy sector.
Benedicte Middelthon
Benedicte Middelthon has a master's degree in economics with a bachelor's degree in Economics from BI Norwegian School of Management and a Master's degree in Finance from the University of Stavanger. She works as Regional Coordinator and Marketing Advisor in DNB Corporate Bankin and is also the head of the ONS Young Committee.
Kyrre Knudsen
Kyrre M. Knudsen is chief economist at SpareBank 1 SR-Bank. He has previously been chief analyst at Statoil and worked for Norges Bank and the Ministry of Finance. He has a master's degree in economics from the Norwegian School of Management and a master's degree in politics from the University of Oslo.
Nadine Ramsberg
Nadine Ramsberg works as a designer and is a board member of Webstep. She has a master's degree in Digital Management from Hyper Island and in 2021 she was named one of Norway's 50 leading women in tech.
Fredrik Myklebust Iversen
Fredrik Myklebust Iversen is politically active and study political science at the University of Stavanger. He has been elected to the University Board from 2021 to 2022, and represents the students in this conference.
