From the energy companies, to emerging tech start-ups, creative industries and new sustainability adventures, there is something for everyone. At this U37 Afterwork we will explore the innovation ecosystem in the region.

What does it mean to start your career in a start-up versus an established company?

This is the topic we will discuss in the panel discussion between some of the residents in Innoasis, Norway's hub for urban innovation. These residents work for three different start-ups, but they have all reached this point through various paths. Now they share a little bit about their own journey, and what it means to work in a start-up in the Stavanger region.
